ChocolateTempering Enrober T-400

Chocolate Tempering Machine T-400 is an automatic, continuous operation tempering machine with a melting by bain-marie and tempering by cooling gas with refrigerant compressor.

The bowl with capacity of 25 kg is equipped with a mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid and even.

The Chocolate Enrobing & Tempering Machine is completed with a flow-stopping foot pedal, programmable dosing system and heated vibrating table, useful accessories when creating Pralines, Easter eggs and other hollow shapes.

Other accessories are available for comlete system: it is possible to integrate the machine with a wire-mesh conveyor and an out feed conveyor with dispenser, blower, wire-mesh conveyor beater and a tail-cutting device.
