The Enrober T-600 is an automatic, continuous tempering machine with a melting by bain-marie and tempering by cooling gas and refrigerant compressor.

The bowl with capacity of 80 kg is provided with a mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid and even.

A wire-mesh conveyor supplied with the machine has working area 600 mm wide. Enrobing system is completed with a dispenser, a blower, a wire-mesh conveyor beater and a tail-cutting device.
